Timber Ox^® Green Product Warranty

The manufacturer warrants that for five (5) years from the date of purchase on vertical surfaces, and for three (3) years from the date of purchase on horizontal surfaces, Timber Ox^® Green Premium Exterior Wood Protectant will have the following points of performance when applied according to label instructions to properly prepared unpainted natural or pressure treated wood.

• Penetrates wood deeply.
• Helps prevent UV damage from natural sunlight.
• Helps prevent natural weathering damage.
• Helps prevent against rot and decay.

If this product fails to perform as specified above, return the unused portion along with proof of purchase and provide wood samples of disputed area to be tested by the manufacturer. The manufacturer may at the manufacturer’s discretion: refund the price paid for the product or replace it with an equivalent amount of new product. The manufacturer is not liable for the cost of labor; direct, incidental, or consequential damages; or any remediation directly or indirectly associated with product performance. This warranty allows specific legal rights; other rights vary from state to state.
